The theme for the 2013 Nova Albion, one of my two local steampunk conventions, was “Steampunks in Spaaaaaace!” I hadn’t done a full painting – i.e not just a character study with no setting – in a long time so I did this over my holiday break. I also hadn’t done a steampunk guy in a long time, either.
